Director of Sales

The director of sales development is responsible from an executive management & leadership perspective to identify and exploit new business opportunities and to identify new ways to reach these core markets in the most expeditious manner.The director of sales is responsible for the establishment of both annual and monthly sales objectives in coordination with the company's annual business plan. The director of sales is responsible for providing an annual sales plan and providing quarterly updates, revisions and modifications to the plan.
The director of sales is responsible for coordinating the specific objectives of the sales plan with all of the functional departments of the company. The director of sales, in coordination with the managing director, establishes both market and target customer strategies for the company. The director of sales defines and manages the monthly and annual sales objectives for all of the sales personnel. The director of sales is expected to spend a significant portion of time in the field both with individual accounts and co-travelling with sales personnel.

Account Managers

The Account Manager is responsible for growing profitable revenue and market share from customers assigned to his/her base. In the sales role, the Account Manager coordinates with Director of Sales to develop strategy for account penetration, open new accounts, and consistently drive new business growth. In strategic consultative and enterprise level selling to key customer targets, the Account Manager is the driving sales resource and is personally responsible for driving revenue growth and maintaining profitable ROI for each customer.

Field Technicians

You will have the opportunity to utilize a broad range of operating system, hardware, and software knowledge on the job. You will be part of a diverse team with a focus on customer service, but will also need to work independently on projects.

Hardware troubleshooting and problem resolution, including coordinating repairs with vendors:

.Installation and support of desktop software and applications, including operating systems, MS Office productivity tools, and email services
.Manage trouble ticket queue: open, update and close tickets as work is completed
.Escalate trouble tickets in queue to appropriate resources and follow up to ensure completion within designated Service Level Agreements
.Basic network troubleshooting and management
.Equipment setup, moves and tear downs
.Update new hire orientation and present to small groups of employees
.Equipment ordering, inventory management, and asset control
.Follow existing policies and procedures and assist in creation of new ones
.Troubleshoot and resolve various file and print issues
.Coordinate with functional groups in other offices
.Other technical projects as required
